I started ArkTech AV just after the COVID lockdown, having previously worked in the AV industry for 10 years.
With a first class honours in Music Technology from Leeds Met University, it led me to learn in greater detail around the intricacies of Audio Visual technologies, and how I could provide a service to clients who wanted a trusted company who could provide a complete solution for install projects, offering audio visual, networking, wifi & CCTV services all in one.
I ensure as a business, we pride ourselves on offering an extremely high level of customer service, with meticulous attention to detail. My team and I focus on building strong customer relationships, whilst maintaining a fair and honest approach to our working relationships with both customers and suppliers.
